This masterpiece of suspense weaving sound, imagery, artful editing cast a spell over audiences, particularly those who opted for the Imax experience. Only later do you process some of the extraordinary aspects of this epic war film. The good guys lost. You never saw the enemy, although you often feared them. No gore. Yet, a palpable realism which kept you engaged every moment. Superb craftsmanship. It was an honor to have our titles on this film.
